The way you do anatomy is quite good, even better if one takes a closer look. You need to exercise more with the eyes though, but you'll notice differences only when you'll start using more poses for your characters. Also, proportions need some polish but I can see you're already fixing things and there is a lot of potential.

Your evolution is quick. With patience and hard work, in a few years you'll be able to express almost anything through art. I can bet on that, and from there on, if you want more, you ca be on your way towards mastering art. It's all up to you, but I think you're capable of it.
